It is the 1970s in Kingston, Jamaica. Leroy 'Horsemouth' Wallace is struggling to earn the money to support his family. He is an excellent drummer, but due to corruption in the music industry, he is left to rot in poverty. When he protests, the music industry is swift to crush his resistance.
